Transit bus service is provided between the Airport and the city of Thessaloniki, with connections to the Central Railway Station and the “Macedonia” Regional Coach Terminal (KTEL).
Bus service runs every 30 minutes and the journey to the city center takes about 40 – 50 minutes.

Single fare is 2€. Tickets can be purchased at the vending machines in the bus. Vending machines accept exact change only.

MACEDONIA Intercity Bus Station
Macedonia Intercity Coache Station is located 5km west of Thessaloniki city centre. It is easily accessible from the city centre as well as from the new west hub of the city via which it is directly connected with Thessaloniki’s ring road.
