It is our goal that you feel well and secure in the apartment. We kindly ask you to check the following main guidance notes.

🙁 Damages

Please note that our manager inspects the apartment after each checkout and any new damages will be reported to Airbnb/Booking.com. For any associated repair or replacement costs you will be charged accordingly.

If something accidentally breaks or gets damaged, please let us know right away. Reporting it in advance helps us resolve things smoothly and avoid additional service fees on your side for the extra time our manager spends documenting the issue.

🔐 Security

For security reasons please always close all windows before leaving the apartment.

Please lock the street door when you leave the house in the evening.

Please lock the street door and lift door by key when you come back in the evening.

❄️ Air Condition

Please be kind to the environment and keep all windows closed when you turn the air condition on. 

Please turn the air condition off whenever you leave the house. 

🔥 Heating 

In colder months of the year, the heating can be used and adjusted by the heating control thermostat installed at the opposite of the fridge, which controls the three radiators in the apartment. By using the mode function the temperature can be set to the desired temperature. The air condition must not be used for heating.

☀️ Terrace Door

The apartment is equipped with a high qualitative german edge to edge balcony door.
